Prior to using this product, adjust the pH levels to the ideal range of 7.2 - 7.6 which will promote bather comfort, plant protection and effective chemical use.

These smaller chlorine tablets are designed for use with chlorine feeders or with floating dispensers.  They will slowly erode over a period of 3-5 days, depending on the water flowing over them.  As they release chlorine relatively slowly it may be necessary to shock dose or oxidise prior to their use to first establish some chlorine more rapidly.

How to apply Mini Chlorine Tablets:

WARNING - DO NOT ADD DIRECTLY TO A POOL AND ALWAYS USE A CLEAN APPLICATOR AS BELOW WITH NO OTHER PRODUCTS PRESENT.

Use in a Floating Chemical Dispenser:
Fill the floating chemical dispenser with tablets and adjust the aperture mechanism at the bottom to obtain the 1-3 mg/l (ppm) desired range.  Alternatively, keep the dispenser aperture constant and vary the tablets inside to acheive 1-3 mg/l (ppm).  The dispenser should be removed from the pool while swimmers are bathing.

Use with Chlorine Feeders:
Fill the dispenser and follow feeder instruction manuals on flow regulation to maintain 1-3 mg/l (ppm) chlorine levels.

Note: It is recommended that you periodically (e.g. weekly/fortnightly) shock or oxidise your water. 

General Precautions with Dosing of Chlorine Mini Tablets

  Wear eye and face protection to protect from crumbs and powder.  Open away from face
  Never mix with any other chemical including cleaning products and other chlorine products, as a dangerous reaction may occur.

Handling & Storage of Chlorine Mini Tablets

  Handle products in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors.
  Wash hands after use.
  Ensure chemicals do not become damp in storage - store chlorine mini tablets in a cool dry place, and out of reach of chlidren!
