If you live in a soft water area such as Yorkshire or Scotland, you may need to use some Calcium Hardness Increaser.

Please select from the following calcium hardness increasers, and refer to the packaging for dosing.  For spas, select the 1kg bottle.  For pools, select the 5kg bottle.
