How to move your portable Softub spa:

1) Position your Softub

Your spa arrives in a large octagonal box.  Tear open the sides.  Lift the Softub on to one side and roll in to place. The structure is lightweight and very strong, but is also slighty flexible so even the Resort T300+ can be squeezed under most doors. Be careful not scuff spa surface on any sharp or jagged edges.  If necessary, two people can easily lift the hot tub off the ground.

Next fetch your Hydromate.  This is the pump and heating unit which contains all the plumbing and houses the Softub control panel.

2) Connect three pipes and one wire!

Pick a corner for the Hydromate and line up the pipes.  Preferably lubricate, then push fit the two units together.  Use the jubilee clips to tighten the grip. Do up just finger tight, if it leaks you can do it up tighter later.

Attach the power cables.  Do not turn on the power yet!

3) Straps, Water, Chemicals...

Fetch your lid.  Attach your straps.  (Softub comes with two straps complete with child proof code-locks, to prevent un-authorised use of your spa!). This should be done before filling the tub!

Fill you spa. Consider using a pre-filter especially in hard water areas.  Turn on the power as soon as the level passes over the top jets and select the desired temperature. Apply your spa chemicals.
