Softub Parts

Our onsite technicians are fully trained and now the busiest authorised Softub Repairs Centre in the UK, supplying only original softub spare parts and a complete softub repair and reconditioning service by courier, all in line with manufacturer guidelines and specifications.

Although very reliable, an old tub may experience problems, and wear and tear over the years will eventually call for a re-skin.  If your spa maintenance follows the advice of your dealer, then you are unlikely to have problems with your Hydromate and internal pump motor (etc), but prolonged calcium build up after a decade or more may mean you will need a service.  Due to the changes to Softub design  over the years, it’s best to seek a Softub service centre with the experience necessary to distinguish, replace or fix parts as recommended by the manufacturer.

Softub Repairs for common problems in old spas

·    Circuit board or relay fault causing intermittent or non-starting motor.
·    Temperature sensors or circuit board faults leading to motor burning out from over working.
·    Leaking Hydromate problems can be caused by several problems, most commonly from attempted movement of tub whilst connected. Piping and connections can come lose.  Also seals and o-rings can degrade over time.
·    Lights and light transformers can occasionally blow, requiring one or the other to be replaced.
·    Weak on non-existent water movement can be caused by corrosion of parts.

Re-skinning your Softub

Re-skinning Softub is very simple.  New Softub Surface Leathertex kits make your old tub look, smell, and feel as good as new.  Both the Softub Liner and the outer LeatherTex surface can be completely replaced.  The old style Softub lids were solid and circular, but the new design enables you to fold it in half, so why not also replace you lid!  Or even change the colour! New skins for Softub can leave your visitors thinking you have simply upgraded and purchase a brand new spa!

However, certain improvements to the design can not be integrated with older tubs.  Many Softub owners choose to part-exchange their old spas for a new version or a larger model of Softub.  Once we have re-skinned and serviced your old tub, we sell them on at a discount.  If you are interested in selling your Softub, or upgrading to the latest model in you favourite colour, please contact us now.
