Pay by card or by Paypal!
Credit & Debit Cards (Handled onsite secured by “Paypal Website Payments Pro” )
Paypal Payments (users will be taken off-site to Paypal once logged in)
To pay by card, simply navigate to the checkout via the shopping basket and complete all details to calculate and select delivery options. Then enter your card details and click “PLACE ORDER”.
To pay by Paypal, you must either first create an account on our system before navigating to the checkout, or complete all details to calculate and select delivery option before the “Paypal” payment option is displayed. Once the checkout page has your delivery it will then take you offsite to Paypal checkout when you click “PLACE ORDER”.
Both methods require you complete steps 1-3 first:
STEP 1 – Enter Contact Information
Complete all fields.
Ensure “Gender” is selected!
All fields are mandatory except “Other phone number”. (Email address and telephone number are required only to process your order and are never sold or shared with any third parties).
STEP 2
Enter Billing and Delivery Address
Complete all fields. Check your post code and county. When steps 1 & 2 are completed correctly, the delivery calculator will display all shipping and payment options.
STEP 3 – Delivery options
The checkout will display at least one delivery option and the cost. For the large majority of orders in the UK this will be "Standard Shipping" (£6.95 next day). Ensure the option is selected.
The delivery will then be added to “Summary of order” and you can safely proceed to payment in step 4.
STEP 4 – Payment Details (and options)
Please select the payment method as described at the top of this page.
If paying with a card onsite, ensure “Paypal Website Payments Pro” is selected and enter your card details.
If paying by Paypal, please ensure "Paypal Payment" is selected
