Softub filters are easy to maintain and change when necessary.  The design has changed several times, improving over the years.  So we have written this basic guide to identifying the correct replacement Softub filter cartridges, as well as some other useful tips and handy products to help clean and prolong the life your filters.  Maintaining good filtration is important for sanitation and clarity of your Softub spa water, and without it you may suffer from cloudy water and be exposed to harmul bacteria and impurities.

Cleaning Softub Filter?

Good quality original Softub filters should last a year with a little spray cleaning every so often.  However, with a few extra steps to clean you filter properly, you can prolong it further to perhaps two years.  Our filters are made to a very high standard, designed to provide a high level of filtration through a large "filtration area" of many folded pleats of long lasting fabric.  As such, they are worth taking care of to avoid replacing more often than necessary.
