Liquid Chlorine

Sodium Hypochlorite (Liquid Chlorine) ( 10 Litres or 20 Litres )

Sodium Hypochlorite is very effective at killing algae but due to its high pH and low chlorine content it requires more regular pool maintenance and pH control.  Disperse the liquid sodium hypochlorite around the pool from a suitable plastic container.  When using Sodium Hypochlorite, a stabiliser must also be used to reduce the loss of chlorine to sunlight.  For this purpose we recommend QualAqua Chlorine Stabiliser.  Super-chlorination or shock treatment may sometimes be required to overcome problems such as cloudy water or to get rid of algae.  This process involves adding sanitising agents in larger doses.
