Because Pro-Swim Mini Tablets are small in size, they make an ideal sanitizer for small swimming pools such as those made by Intex and Bestway.  (For larger swimming pools we recommend Pro-Swim Maxi Tabs, or Blue Horizons Multi-functional Chlorine Tablets). 

Pro-Swim make only high quality grade 1 chlorine, all packed and distributed to British standards within the UK.  Usually, the pH of your water must be within an acceptable range to get the best out of your sanitizer, but Pro-Swim chlorine tablets require little if any attention to pH.

Chlorine tablets should not be used with spas made with vinyl liners and covers, and they are designed to dissolve slowly and provide a longer gradual release.  Chlorine fumes trapped inside hot tubs can cause bleaching and corrosion of the materials.  For this reason, we advise only use chlorine tablets with open pools where gasses can escape.

Ideally, chlorine tablets can be used alongside chlorine granules for ease of dosing and balance.  Pro-swim chlorine mini tablets should be used in a floating chlorine dispenser.  Do not throw the tablets directly into the pool as they will dissolve on the pool floor and may cause staining or bleaching.
